Customer cancellation

If you need to cancel a booked rental, please notify Best Cars Rental LLC as soon as possible by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. The cancellation is effective immediately once we confirm your request. Whether you receive a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund depends on the circumstances, including when the cancellation is made, the length of the rental, and the type of reservation. All cancellation times are based on the scheduled pickup time in the Eastern Time Zone (ET).

Full refund

You will receive a full refund when your cancellation qualifies under our free cancellation period, when the cancellation is for cleaning or safety concerns, or when the cancellation is the result of a mutual agreement between you and Best Cars Rental LLC supported by documentation.

Free cancellation period

Free cancellation depends on when you booked. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. If you book within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time, you have one hour after booking to cancel for free. If you book a non-refundable or special-rate reservation, you have a 24-hour grace period after booking to cancel for free. After the free cancellation period expires, the cancellation may be subject to a fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

Rental modifications

If you request a modification to your rental and the request is approved, that modification does not reset the free cancellation period. The free cancellation period remains tied to the original booking time. Modifications to dates, vehicle type, or pickup/drop-off location are subject to availability and may result in a rate change.

Cancellation for cleaning or safety concerns

If a vehicle is not provided in a clean and safe condition, or if an unforeseen safety issue arises, you may cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. Best Cars Rental LLC may also cancel a reservation for cleaning or safety concerns and will provide a full refund in those cases. Documentation or photos may be required.

To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us directly. Include your reservation confirmation number, name on the booking, and the reason for cancellation.
