Rental Policy & Terms

1. 1. Driver Eligibility

   All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid, unexpired driver's license. Only the Renter and authorized additional drivers may operate the vehicle. Each driver must satisfy Company eligibility requirements.

2. 2. Authorized Use

   The vehicle may be used only for lawful personal or business transportation consistent with this Agreement.

3. 3. Prohibited Use

   No reckless, illegal, off-road, racing, towing, rideshare, sub-rental, unauthorized commercial, impaired, or otherwise prohibited use is allowed unless expressly approved in writing.

4. 4. Insurance and Financial Responsibility

   The Renter remains responsible as provided by applicable law and this Agreement. Any insurance or protection product is subject to its written terms, exclusions, and limitations.

5. 5. Security Deposit and Charges

   The Company may authorize or collect a deposit and apply authorized charges for damage, loss, fuel, cleaning, tolls, citations, late return, missing equipment, recovery, or other contractual amounts.

6. 6. Vehicle Condition

   The Renter must inspect the vehicle before departure and report existing damage. Unreported new damage may be charged subject to law and the Agreement.

7. 7. Maintenance and Warning Lights

   The Renter shall stop using the vehicle when continued operation may be unsafe and contact the Company promptly.

8. 8. Breakdown and Roadside Assistance

   The Renter must contact the Company before arranging non-emergency repairs or towing, except when immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.

9. 9. Fuel

   The vehicle must be returned at the documented fuel level or authorized fuel charges may apply.

10. 10. Return and Extensions

    The vehicle must be returned at the agreed place and time. Extensions require advance approval and payment authorization.

11. 11. Tolls, Parking, and Citations

    The Renter is responsible for charges arising during the rental, plus any lawful administrative fees disclosed by the Company.

12. 12. Smoking, Pets, and Cleaning

    Smoking is prohibited. Pets are permitted only under Company rules. Excess cleaning or odor-remediation charges may apply when disclosed and permitted.

13. 13. Keys and Accessories

    The Renter is responsible for lost, damaged, or unreturned keys and Company-provided accessories.

14. 14. Accidents, Theft, and Damage

    The Renter must protect the scene, seek emergency help, notify law enforcement when required, contact the Company promptly, cooperate, and avoid admitting fault.

15. 15. Vehicle Recovery and Default

    Failure to return, unauthorized use, nonpayment, material misrepresentation, or breach may constitute default and may result in lawful recovery and charges.

16. 16. Limitation and Indemnification

    Liability and indemnification are governed by applicable law and the written Agreement. Nothing waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. 17. Privacy and Electronic Signatures

    Information may be used for legitimate rental, payment, safety, insurance, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Electronic signatures and records may be used where lawful.

18. 18. Entire Agreement, Severability, and Governing Law

    This Agreement and incorporated documents constitute the entire agreement. Invalid provisions are severed to the extent required. Florida law governs unless otherwise required.
