Rental Policy & Terms

Please review the following policies before booking your rental vehicle.

Age & License Requirements

Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued by their state or country of residence. An active license, proof of insurance, and a major credit or debit card are required at pickup.

Reservations & Deposits

Reservations are confirmed once a valid payment method is on file. A security hold may be placed on the renter's card at the time of pickup. All quoted rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Insurance & Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period unless covered by an accepted protection plan or the renter's personal auto insurance. Please verify coverage with your insurance provider before picking up.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with the same fuel level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply based on the current local fuel price per gallon.

Mileage

Most rentals include unlimited mileage unless otherwise stated on the contract or reservation details. Long-term and specialty vehicles may carry mileage limits; excess mileage fees will be itemized at checkout.

Cancellations & Extensions

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee. Rental extensions require approval and must be requested before the original return date. For full details, see our Cancellation Policy.

Prohibited Use

Vehicles may not be used for off-roading, racing, towing, or any illegal activity. Smoking and transporting hazardous materials are prohibited. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the rental agreement.
