How old do I have to be to rent a car?
Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license issued by their state or country of residence.
What do I need to bring at pickup?
An active driver's license, proof of insurance (or coverage added to your rental), and a major credit or debit card in the renter's name.
How many miles are included?
Rentals include 200 miles per day. Extra miles are charged at $0.35 per mile and are itemized on your receipt.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected or held on your card at booking, alongside the rental charge. It is released or refunded after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
Do you charge extra for insurance?
Coverage is included as a per-day charge shown in your price breakdown before you confirm. You are responsible for damage, loss, or theft during the rental period unless covered by an accepted protection plan or your own auto insurance.
What is the fuel policy?
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned at the same level. If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge applies based on the current local price per gallon.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. You can extend from your customer account or by contacting us. Extensions add the daily rate plus coverage for each added day and are charged right away — no new security deposit is required.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Do you offer airport pickup and drop-off?
Yes, near Southwest Florida International (RSW) and Punta Gorda (PGD), based on scheduling availability. Share your flight details when you book so we can coordinate around your arrival.
Can you deliver the car to my address?
Yes. Delivery and collection are available at $1.50 per mile from our Naples address, quoted in your price breakdown before you confirm.
Are you open on weekends and at night?
We are open 24 hours a day, every day, so you can book, pick up, or return at any time.
Can I sign the rental contract online?
Yes. You receive a secure link to upload your driver's license and sign the rental contract electronically before pickup.
